As our CHHS student ends this unpaid-work experience, she was able to shadow Jenny and learn how to wait on customers and ring up purchases.

Heart of Dixie Train Museum- Calera,AL

                     

Calera students learned to work as a team and helped The Heart of Dixie Train Museum disassemble 5 tents and place into storage. They will be erected again in April for the Cottontail Express. Thank you to VR for providing lunch.

Our Chelsea High School student learned to prep for closing and "break-down" afterwards by stocking, cleaning, and washing/lining trays. She made sure everything is ready for the bakers when they arrive bright and early the next day.
