Non-Fiction Coffee- Pelham,AL.

We would like to thank a new site, Non-Fiction Coffee Co., for hosting our Oak Mt.High School student for community-based work instruction. She was able to tour today and will begin the internship next week. Non- Fiction was founded on the premise of great coffee and serving others. Our student learned about ethically sourced coffee and how Non- Fiction's proceeds go past the cup and are intentionally placed into communities that need it the most, both internationally and domestically.

Learning about the roasting process-we were shown the beans on the cooling tray.

It all starts with the "green" coffee beans sourced from small farms around the world.

Blue Rain Car Wash- Hwy 280

Even though the temperature was brisk at Blue Rain Car Wash, it didn't keep the customers away. Our Chelsea High student stayed busy assisting with detailing, washing mats, towels, and property maintenance.
