Blissful Boutique of MT Laurel is a modern boutique featuring high fashion clothing, shoes, and accessories for women. Our CHHS student helped size the clothing and did a great job accessorizing.

Blue Rain Express Car Wash- Hoover,AL

The sunshine brings out the cars at Blue Rain Express Car Wash off of Hwy 280/119. Our OMHS student helps wash the mats and detail for those that come in for the Manager's Special.

School House Granola- Special Services Center-Pelham,AL

The students from CHHS and SCHS are back in the kitchen, working alongside Chef Sean, to make a batch of Schoolhouse Granola samples for the Shelby County Schools Showcase.

Blue Rain Car Wash- Hoover,AL

Even though storms were in the forecast, sunshine and 75 degrees brought out the customers today to Blue Rain Car Wash. Our Oak Mountain High student participated in Community Based Work Instruction by washing, folding, and stocking "detailing" clothes as well as assisting with the Manager's Special Service.

Area 41 Pizza-MT Laurel

It was our OMHS student's last day of Work Instruction at Area 41 Pizza . She was able to train the new Chelsea High student in prepping for Area 41's lunch opening. Area 41 Pizza Company is located along its namesake, Highway 41, in MT Laurel where owner and Birmingham native,Patrick Hankins, has a passion for making authentic New York style pizza.
  

Pure Bliss Salon- MT Laurel

Our OMHS student assisted the girls' today at Pure Bliss. She was also able to train our new CHHS student in the many day-to-day responsibilities and tasks of running a successful salon.

Pure Bliss Salon Spa is a full service salon offering hair, nail,and aesthetic services.  Located in the beautiful town of MT Laurel, they are open Tuesday- Saturday at 15 MT Laurel Ave. (205) 538-5972.

Spoon & Ladle- Pelham,AL

The Shelby County High students helped label hundreds of containers for the weekly from-scratch artisan soups produced at Spoon & Ladle. Chef Monty and his team prepare a variety of high quality soups in small batches several times each week including Shrimp and Crab Gumbo and Italian Wedding. You can find Spoon & Ladle's products in area stores and restaurants throughout the Birmingham area.
