Our Calera High students assisted Chef Todd at Spoon & Ladle by preparing hundreds of containers for the wonderful soups that will go out to surrounding Birmingham, Alabama restaurants and grocery stores such as: iCantina; Beef O’Brady’s; Bob Sykes Barbeque; Piggly Wiggly; Andy’s Farm Market; Murphree’s Market & Garden Center; And Western Supermarket.
Today's flavors included Shrimp and Crab Gumbo, Asparagus and Mushroom, and Lemon Chicken with Orzo.
