| Presented by the Central Alabama Transition Team, this 6 hr. program, allowed over 100 educators, parents, and agencies to meet at the Trussville Civic Center to listen to expert presenters and gain helpful information about current "hot" topics in the world of transition. Attendees were able to learn more about state/local transition services, post-secondary pathways, and community resources.
