Missie, Kenny, and Jason are some of the wonderful people that work to make the C&H Institute a success. Kenneth MoorePurchasing Manager/Instructor, works with our OMHS student weekly. We appreciate the time he takes to make this a true hands-on learning experience.

The hydroponic garden is flourishing and continues to get bigger each week. We were also introduced to a sous vide cooker. What is a sous vide- you may ask? It is the process of sealing food in an airtight container—usually a vacuum sealed bag—and then cooking that food in temperature-controlled water. In French, the term translates to "under vacuum," which makes sense.
