| Our OMHS student was busy today assisting at Non-Fiction Coffee. She had to sort invoices, read orders, and pull the correct packaging bags for stores that included the Homewood Piggly Wiggly. She then located, weighed, and filled the specific roasts before heat sealing each bag.Non- Fiction was founded on the premise of great coffee and serving others. Since working at this site, she has learned about ethically sourced coffee and how the proceeds go past the "cup" by intentionally investing into communities that need it the most. |
