| Today was our Oak Mountain High School student's last day of Community Based Work Instruction at Highland Gourmet Scones. Thank you to owners Lee and Katy Caldwell for allowing our students to experience the day- to- day operations of a locally owned small business. |

| The OMHS student helped label individual bags- keeping packaging replenished. He has also become quite the expert at placing the Highland crest on the paper bags... giving this Work Instructor "instruction" on the fine art of the perfect stamp. Today's scone flavors included: Original Golden Raisin; Lemon Blueberry; Orange Cranberry; Hazelnut Creme Chocolate Chip; Cafe Mocha; Cherry Amaretto; and Toasted Coconut. |
