Chef Kenneth Moore explains the "Back End' of the restaurant business to our Oak Mountain High student. He assisted in checking the delivery invoices before unpacking produce, eggs, and other staples. The inventory is then stored for the upcoming week's labs and menu at The Bistro proVare.
