| Even though snow was in the forecast, sunshine and a balmy 55 degrees brought out the customers today to Blue Rain Car Wash. He assisted in checking the delivery invoices before unpacking produce, eggs, and other staples. The inventory is then stored for the upcoming week's labs and menu at The Bistro proVare. The Bistro is a fully functioning “classroom cafe” operated by Jefferson State Culinary students and under the supervision of award-winning Chef, Jason Bierley. |
