Students Tour Jefferson State Culinary Hospitality Program
Students from Pelham, Chelsea, and Thompson High Schools visited the Jefferson State Community College's Culinary Hospitality& Program. They were given a tour by Mr. Joseph Mitchell, Director of the Culinary Department, where they were able to view the Culinard students in various lab settings. Mr. Mitchell gave an overview of the Culinary&Hospitality program and informed the students of the entrance requirements. The tour culminated at the Bistro ProVare where the Shelby County Students ate a gourmet meal prepared by the Culinard Students
