Stop in for fresh donuts and coffee at Donut Joe's in Pelham, Alabama and you might just see one of our students on the job. "Mr. Joe" allows our students to see what it's like to run a small shop. Students learn the ins-and-outs of the dedication and commitment required to have a successful operation. Working with the public, inventory display and rotation, and business transactions are just some of the skills learned here at Joe's. And getting paid in donuts is not bad either! (Apple Fritters are a specialty too.)
