Preparing Young People with Disabilities for Their Successful Transition into Adulthood.

The 25^th annual Alabama Transition Conference was held at the Marriott Grand National in Auburn/Opelika on March 2-4 . The keynote address, by nationally renowned author and disability advocate Mr. Jonathan Mooney, kicked off 58 sessions. Over 800 participants including Youth and Young Adults in Transition (YAIT) had a range of options to obtain expert insights into the most recent developments in transition. National and state leaders also shared the latest advancements and informative updates.
