Spoon & Ladle is based in Birmingham and offers soup selections to restaurants and grocers who seek artisan soup with Southern soul. Their from-scratch recipes are defined by unexpected blends of fresh, seasonal ingredients and vibrant flavors. Under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Monty Todd, Spoon & Ladle soups are made in small batches with meticulous care.
Our students and Work Instructor,Carrie Radice, assist in placing labels on hundreds of containers weekly.
Spoon & Ladle has now added pimento cheese and salsa to their menu.
