YMCA Hargis Retreat Pumpkin Patch, Chelsea, AL

Work Instruction students gained valuable experience by learning to set-up and take-down for a large event, interact with and aid the public, the importance of being responsible, and working as a group at the YMCA Hargis Retreat. Over the course of 5 days, Chelsea, Shelby County, Vincent, and Helena High School students fulfilled their goals of a successful and enjoyable "Pumpkin Patch" adventure for over 2,000 parents and children.
